We're seeking a reliable and hardworking installer to join our team.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as an Installation Technician at Fisher Electronics. The Installation Technician will be responsible for the following services:

TV & Audio installations
TV Mounting (including TVs generally up to 75")
WiFi installations
Camera installation & setup
Troubleshooting electronics issues
Performing cabling installations (including speaker and internet cable)
Home Theater installation
Outdoor TV & Audio Installation (TV mounting & running & burying cabling)

The technician will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve working closely with customers and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality installation services. The position is located in Norwalk, OH.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Customer satisfaction orientation
Experience or knowledge in cabling installations
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Prior experience in electronics sales or installation is a plus
