Q: Do you service Televisions?
A: Yes! We service most brands of HDTV's today.
Q: Do you service Sony & Samsung HDTV's that you sell?
A: Yes! All Sony & Samsung TV's we sell are serviced in our shop if they are in need of repair.
Q: Can you provide an estimate of repair on my TV?
A: Yes! We can provide an estimate of repair for your TV. Just bring the set in to our shop and we will troubleshoot it and then give you an estimate on your TV.
Q: Do you service TV's in the home?
A: If possible we will repair your set in your home. Depending on the model of the TV we can come to your house and provide you with an estimate and repair. Contact us or call us for more information.
Q: Is it cheaper to fix or replace my TV?
A: When TV's are able to be repaired, it is cheaper to fix your TV, than to replace it. We would not repair TV's if the cost exceeded a new TV.
Q: Do you require an appointment to bring my set in?
A: No, all we ask is if you needed help to load your set into your vehicle, bring your help to our shop to possibly help unload the set at our shop. Sometimes our techs are out on calls, however we have a receptionist here to take care of you. However they usually can not help to move the set. You also may want to call ahead and see if a tech will be available to help unload.
