Q: Do you sell home electronics?
A: Yes! We sell Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG, Roku media boxes, & Acer home electronics. This includes LCD/LED TV's, smart TV's, surround sound, sound bars, tablets, receivers, speakers, video cameras, digital cameras, bluray players, CD players.
Q: Can you special order an electronics item I may want?
A: Yes!
Q: What happens if I have a problem with my Sony or Samsung HDTV I purchased from you?
A: We repair your HDTV in our shop. Unlike all our competitors we have service, and are a Sony & Samsung authorized sales and service center. We do not ship your TV out for service, but since we are trained technicians we repair it in our shop ourselves.
Q: Do you have financing on your Sony products?
A: Yes! We have no interest financing on most Sony products.
Q: What are your prices like compared to local advertisers?
A: We have the same everyday prices as our local advertisers. When local advertisers (excluding internet companies) run sales we match the sale price on the same Sony model.
Q: Do you offer a layaway program?
A: Yes! We offer layaway for our customers. The program is 8 weeks long. Call us or email us for details.
Q: Do you sell extended warranties and offer service after the sale?
A: Yes! We sell extended warranties, and provide the service on those extended warranties in our shop. After you purchase your product from us we have free lifetime consultation over the phone or in our shop. If you have a hookup question or operation question on your set we can help.
Q: Can I expect to pay more since you are a small business?
A: No! Once again our prices are the same as our local advertisers.
